Model Terbaru Asus ZenFone Zoom, Fitur 3X Optical Zoom Sebenarnya sudah sejak lama varian terbaru dari Asus ZenFone Zoom diperbincangkan oleh banyak orang, tapi baru pada saat sekarang ini Asus ZenFone Zoom dengan kode nama ASUS_Z00XSB telah resmi di sertifikasi oleh badan regulasi China bernama TENAA. Seperti dilansir dari laman phonearena , perangkat ponsel cerdas yang diperuntukan bagi para penghobi fotografi ini dikatakan dilengkapi lensa kamera berukuran besar 13 MP.

Model Terbaru Asus ZenFone Zoom ini apabila di lihat dari ukurannya, terkesan biasa saja , tapi coba perhatikan sebenarnya pada lensa yang dijadikan kamera utama ini menyimpan berbagai fitur unggulan, yang diantaranya dilengkapi fitur OIS dan 3x Optical Zoom dengan aperture f/2.0, dimana adanya fitur tersebut memungkinkan para penggunanya dapat mengambil foto maupun rekam video dalam kondisi cahaya rendah / low light, dengan hasil tajam serta jelas dan sedikit noise meskipun pada saat malam hari.

Processor & Memory of Asus Zenfone 5

The new Asus Zenfone 5 is powered by the dual core 1.2 GHz Intel Atom Z2520 Processor. This is the same SoC that we saw in other phones in Zenfone series (Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4.5 & Zenfone 5 Lite). The processor is a down step from the 1.6 dual core processor in the original Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG. Even though it is lower powered, the phone doesn’t even feel like it is lower powered and it performs well in daily tasks.

Asus Zenfone 5 comes with 2 GB of RAM, which is the same as that of the previous models, with exception of the Zenfone 5 Lite, which had only 1 GB RAM. This phone has an internal memory of 8 GB, which can be expanded by micro SD card up to 64 GB. Out of the 8 GB internal memory, only 4.4 GB is available to user. One good thing to note that is, the apps and games can be transferred to the external memory (Gamers rejoice!).

Android and UI
Asus Zenfone series comes with their own custom UI, named ZenUI. Similar to Samsung, HTC and LG, Asus chose to design their own custom UI and ship their phones with this UI on top of Android. ZenUI is an awesome skin that is light on resources and provides much more features and looks great. It comes with Android KitKat 4.4.2 (even though it was mentioned in flipkart that the phone comes with 4.3 Jelly Bean).

Other apps and features of Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG

The stocks apps included in ZenUI are good and useful. They include Asus Weather, Do it later, Asus’s own file manager and many more. Other than these, the stock apps such as Dialer, Contacts, Calender, etc. are also skinned. The recent panel is almost stock Android-like, but has an added ‘clear all’ button on the bottom. It also has a file manager app, which looks great. The stock browser is replaced by Asus’s own modified browser, which actually loads fast, but you can always go for other browsers such as UC, Chrome, Dolphin etc.
Camera

Asus Zenfone 5 comes with 8 MP back camera, which Asus touts to be enhanced by its PixelMaster technology. PixelMaster is a combination of software and hardware optimizations that Asus made to fully enhance the camera and image quality of the phone. It has been one of the main selling points of Asus phones. The camera performs well and has won so many awards for being the best budget camera phone last year. Take a look at the shots taken with the Zenfone 5 camera. The quality of the images is pretty good for the price.

The camera interface is straightforward and simple. But it is actually different from the stock Android and unique. The app offers many image enhancement options are available, such as Auto, Time rewind, HDR, Selfie, Beautification and many more. Overall, I can really say this phone is a great offering in the camera department.

The front camera is also the same 2 MP camera we saw in the previous version. The front cam also does a great job in capturing amazing selfies.

Design & Build quality

The general design of the phone is not anything special to get excited about, it is just an average designed smartphone, but the build quality is over the top. Zenfone 5 has got a simple design that some people may say boring, but is good enough to turn some eyes.

Zenfone 5 comes with capacitive buttons on front, and not the now common on-screen buttons. These buttons are placed a little bit in weird positions, the two buttons rest on the extreme edge, contrary to what you can find in most other smartphones. But don’t worry you’ll get accustomed to this positioning once you use this phone for some days. Under the capacitive buttons, Asus have provided a metallic looking trim, which adds beauty to the phone.

The position of the physical buttons is similar to what we can see on most of the other phones out there. The volume rockers and power buttons are placed on the right. The buttons felt very sturdy and clicks very well. The buttons even have a great pattern on it and is great to have.

The phone is fully built with plastic but it doesn’t feel like cheap plastic at all (Samsung, Ahem!). It has got the ultra premium look and finish at the budget price, and it looks like it can withstand some drops and bumps.

For The display in the Asus Zenfone 5 is a 5 inch 720p display, which comes with Asus Truvid technology that offers better color reproduction. There is no change with display, this is the same old display that we found in the previous models (not the Lite model, which came with only a 540p display). The display is good and it provides good color reproduction and is pretty bright. The screen of this phone provides good outdoor visibility, the auto brightness also works very well. The viewing angles are also great, it is much better than other phones at this price range. The display sports a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass.

We do expect more from the camera, and the black bezels above and below the display ruin the aesthetic somewhat, but the ability to Remote Play your PS4 more than makes up for it - it's a really cool feature and means you can keep gaming while someone else is hogging the TV.

The Z3 is a brilliant phone with a few rough edges - but Sony's also great at bringing the cost of its handsets down, so this represents really good value for money for a flagship.

You'll always be getting the latest updates to Google's Android OS with this one, and while it's certainly something you'd have to use two handed (make sure you're fine with that before buying, as it's put a lot of people off that we've shown it too) it's tremendous display, premium specs and great use of Android 5.0 Lollipop make one of the best phablets to date.

It's not cheap, but it's the best Nexus ever made. And, when you think about it, you're not going to need to hold onto your money, as you'll require both hands to grab onto this two-handed monster.

Less powerful with a lower-res screen than its bigger brother, the Z3 Compact still uses most of the high-end specs, fuses them with things like Remote Play and the 20.7MP camera, and does it all at a really low cost for a phone of this power.

The 4.7-inch display makes this one of the best phones to hold and use in day to day life, and it's also got a brilliantly long-lasting battery too, so if you're not a fan of the gargantuan models on show, there's a lot to love with Sony's mini flagship.

The best of Sony in a smartphone - if that's what you're after, this is the phone to go for. It's the ergonomics and the price that impress, and while it's not quite got the spec sheet of the main Z3, it feels a lot more polished.

5. HTC One M9

HTC took the One M8's design and refined it for 2015, creating a truly stunning smartphone. The internals have been upgraded as well: Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 810 SoC; the camera goes from the M8's 4-megapixel snapper to 20 megapixels; and HTC has added a host of features to its Sense Android launcher software.

It's a beautifully crafted and highly competent smartphone, just like last year's HTC One M8. But it's only a small improvement on the M8.

6. Samsung Galaxy Alpha

The Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) onboard, complete with Samsung’s TouchWiz overlay. This comes with a host of extra features – some of which are useful, some less so – and is rammed with preinstalled apps, plus Samsung’s own app store.

One of the more interesting preloads is the much-hyped S Health app, which comprises a number of tools for keeping track of your activity, food intake and general well-being.

It makes use of the accelerometer in the phone to count your steps; will estimate the calories you’ve burned in doing so based on your height, weight, age and sex; and provides a tool to help you track the number of calories you’ve consumed day by day.

7. Motorola Moto E 2015

The Moto E in 2015 comes with Android 5 Lollipop installed as standard, and Motorola’s rather helpful migration app is preinstalled as well, which makes it quick and easy to get up and running. Indeed, it’s pleasing to see Motorola not opting to bring a bloated version of Lollipop to the Moto E. The temptation to bundle unnecessary apps would be too great for many other manufacturers, especially for such an affordable handset, but Motorola’s additions are genuinely useful.

The included “Moto” app learns how you use your phone, and lets you set automatic adjustments to notification frequency based on times of day. It also provides a useful notification system similar to the app AcDisplay, turning on the screen to show you when a new notification comes in. It’s not always ideal, but since the Moto E has no notification light, it’s really the only way to know if there’s something waiting for you.

8. LG G3 2015

The LG G3 became in 2015 and has its 5.5in display into a chassis that measures 74.5mm wide – a mere 3.6mm wider than the G2. It’s a big phone, but by no means unwieldy.

And LG has clearly been busily sprucing up its new handset. The rear looks like it’s crafted from brushed metal, but it’s actually 100% plastic. It doesn’t look or feel cheap, however: the rear arcs from edge to edge in single, gentle curve, and it’s framed by a sliver of flattened metal running around the handset’s edges. Combined with the smooth, semi-gloss rear, the G3 feels great in the hand.

9. Moto G2 4G 2015

The Moto G2 4G still has a decent display. The resolution may not raise eyebrows any more, but 720 x 1,280 still looks sharp to our eyes on a 5in screen, and delivers a pixel density of 294ppi. In short, you'll only see the pixels if you look really hard at it.

And the important thing is that the quality of the screen remains a strong point. There's plenty of contrast and colour saturation, with a luminance of 441cd/m2 it’s as bright as the original Moto G, while a contrast ratio of 1,046:1 ensures onscreen images have a decent amount of “pop” and solidity. Colour accuracy is also reasonable, with an average delta E of 2.45, so movies, photos and games all look fantastic.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge looks like no other smartphone on the market. Instead of a screen that’s flat and contained within borders, the right side of the display rolls steeply away from the flat face of the main display, forming a curved strip of screen along the edge of the phone.

It sounds gimmicky - and to a certain extent it is. Before we’d heard of the Note Edge, it certainly wasn’t the feature we’d been dreaming of; we’d much rather have a battery that lasts a bit longer, or a phone that charges itself up kinetically - or something else equally useful.

High Spesification of ASUS ZenFone 2 4GB of RAM The predictions will dominate the smartphone market because the company has just announced the ZenFone 2. The biggest immediate takeaway? 4 full gigabytes of RAM stuffed inside, which is the first smartphone to do so.

High Spesification of ASUS ZenFone 2 has prove features ASUS wanted to highlight, including the device’s 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 chipset, a 13 megapixel front and 5 megapixel rear camera setup that features improved HDR and a dual-toned flash and more.

The display comes in at 5.5 inches and has 1080p resolution, and it’ll be surrounded by a chassis that takes up just 28% of the overall viewing area of the device’s front-side. As we expected, the buttons on the rear are for volume adjustment purposes — no dual cameras here — but they, of course, couldn’t call that an innovation considering LG has been there and done all of that.

ASUS ZenFone 2 with 4GB of RAM, getting Android 5.0 Lollipop, but not without an updated ZenUI to sit atop. ASUS doesn’t have the worst user interface in the world so that shouldn’t be much of an issue if you can tolerate the stuff that goes on top of other manufacturers’ Android builds.

whether and when to release this smartphone curious? yes me to, though we’re sure there will be varying degrees of availability depending on which market you’re in. What we won’t have to wait for more information on is pricing, with ASUS proudly announcing it’ll come in starting at a cool $199.99. Not too bad for everything you’re getting. Let’s just hope it won’t be a pain to get your hands on once it finally makes its way to store shelves.

1. HTC One M9

We are massive fans of the HTC One M8, and the HTC One M9 is even better. Although HTC has kept the full-HD screen rather than the quad-HD screens seen in the new Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the HTC One M9 is a very attractive phone with some impressive performance. The phone went on sale in the UK on 31 March from £569 SIM-free, making it £30 cheaper than its rival the Samsung Galaxy S6.

2.Sony Xperia Z4

After all the rumours that the Sony Xperia Z4 would be delayed until September, the Z4 has now been officially unveiled in Japan. However, we're still waiting on details of a UK launch. The phone isn't too disimilar to the Sony Xperia Z3, with a 5.2in full-HD screen and Sony's usual waterproofing protection. It's a bit slimmer and has a faster processor, too. 3. LG G4 in 2015

LG is calling the G4 the 'most ambitious smartphone yet', which is focused on delivering 'comfortable elegance, a great visual experience and a human-centric user experience'. We stand by our statement that the LG G3 was the very best phone you could buy in 2014, and things just get better with the LG G4 - although opinion is divided on that leather case (also available in ceramic versions). Key specifications include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, a 5.5in Quad HD IPS Quantum display, 32GB of storage (with microSD support) and a 3000mAh removable battery. 4. LG G Flex 2

The G4 isn't LG's only exciting new smartphone for 2015. At CES 2015 it unveiled the G Flex 2, a curved-screen handset. The G Flex 2 is a 5.5in-screen smartphone with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core chip, and it features self-healing technology. Read all about the LG G Flex 2 here.

5. Samsung Galaxy Note 5
Everyone always bangs on about Samsung's Galaxy S line-up, but it's the Note series that really impresses. The Note 4 was unveiled at a Samsung Unpacked event prior to September's IFA tradeshow (3 September 2014), and right now sits at the top of our fastest smartphone and best phablet charts. 6. Xiaomi Mi 4i

Xiaomi has taken the wraps off its Mi 4i, a plastic, upgraded version of its flagship Mi 4, with a low price tag of Rs. 12,999 (£136) yet some very good specs. It has a 5in full-HD screen with Sunlight display, a second-generation 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Just 7.8mm thick, Xiaomi has still managed to squeeze in a 13Mp rear camera that lies flush to the case. It's dual-SIM dual-standby out the box, with both SIMs supporting 4G. The Xiaomi Mi 4i will go on sale on 30 April, but to buy one in the UK you'll need to go through unofficial channels. 7. Asus Zenfone 2

We've yet to get our hands on an Asus Zenfone 2, but the top-end model (ZE551ML) is now available at Amazon for £309.99. This powerful phone has a staggering 4GB of RAM and a 2.3GHz 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor. For storage 32GB is fitted, and you can get more through microSD. There's 4G LTE support (dual-SIM, dual active), a 5.5in full-HD IPS screen, and 13Mp rear- and 5Mp front cameras. The stylish brushed-metal case is just 3.9mm thick at the edges. Running the fully customisable ZenUI software, the Zenfone 2 also has Trend Micro security preinstalled. The Asus Zenfone 2 is well worth a look.

8. Ubuntu smartphone

The Ubuntu phone is finally here in the form of the Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition. It costs €169 and runs a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. 10. Samsung Galaxy A7

Samsung has confirmed its Galaxy A7, a gorgeous phablet with a 6.3mm unibody metal chassis, a 5.5in Super AMOLED screen and a 64-bit octa-core processor.
